Genius, a brand from KYE Systems Corp. has rolled out its latest device—Genius Traveler 915 BT Laser Bluetooth Mouse. This new product sports an advanced high precision 1600 dpi laser sensor that can track on a variety of surfaces, even on polished or wood-grain surfaces.
Moreover, the device includes a 1600/800dpi switching system, which allows the users to choose exactly the resolution they require at any given moment. The unique metal cover finish brings more eye-catching appeal, while the 4D scrolling roller provides fast browsing left, right, up and down on the Internet, a very convenient and useful function in quite a lot of situations.
“Off late wireless mice has already become standard. But, the uniqueness in the case of our new offering—Genius Traveler 915 BT Laser Bluetooth Mouse—is that it comes with a presenter function within the device. This has more relevance especially for the business segment,” informed Sandeep Ramani, Country Manager, OBM Sales Division, KYE Systems.
This all new product has two functions—mouse and presenter. The user is able to change between them by simply pressing the switch mode button. The presenter component sports some pretty useful controls, as for example the “Laser Pointer”, “Page up/down”, “ESC”, and “F5”. It requires 2 AAA batteries in order to work and also sports a power switch that can actually extend the battery life, as well as a battery charge indicator. Moreover, it works with the most popular operating systems on the market—Windows Vista/XP x64/XP; Mac OS 10.2.8 or above. It also requires a notebook with a built-in Bluetooth connection and most notebooks today comes with a built-in Bluetooth functionality.
